Acceptance of Terms of Use

By accessing or using the 732 platform via 732.wine or its associated mobile app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you as the user and 732 as the platform operator. Continued use of the platform following any amendment to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 732 reserves the right to change, add to, or amend these terms at any time with reasonable notice to registered users.

Account Creation & Security

To access the full range of 732 services, you are required to register an account by providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. Each user is permitted to hold only one registered account. Registering multiple accounts under the same individual is prohibited and may result in the termination of all accounts involved.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. 732 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your own failure to safeguard your login credentials. You must notify 732 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account. Users must be 18 years of age or older to register and use this platform.

User Responsibilities & Platform Rules

Users of the 732 platform agree not to engage in any activity that could compromise the security, integrity, or operation of the platform. This includes, but is not limited to, the use of automated software, bots, or any technical means to manipulate betting or game outcomes.

Users are strictly prohibited from:

Providing false or misleading personal information during registration or use of the platform.
Conducting financial transactions linked to illegal activities or money laundering.
Attempting to hack, attack, or disrupt the systems and technical infrastructure of the 732 platform.
Sharing your account with others or allowing another person to access your account.
Engaging in any form of fraud, manipulation, or collusion with other users.

Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or termination without compensation.

Payment & Transaction Information

All financial transactions on the 732 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits can be made via supported payment methods, including local bank transfers via FPX and approved e-wallets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and may vary depending on the selected payment method.

Withdrawals will be processed only to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the user's name. 732 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before processing any withdrawal, in line with financial security procedures. Withdrawal processing times are typically within two to four business days, subject to successful verification.

Any transactions suspected of involving fraud or money laundering will be reported to the relevant authorities. 732 is not liable for any fees or charges imposed by third parties, such as banks, in processing your transactions.

Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 732 platform is provided on an "as is" basis, without any express or implied warranties regarding accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose. 732 is not liable for any direct or indirect losses arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to service disruptions, technical errors, or betting outcomes.

All content, designs, logos, trademarks, and software on the 732 platform are the exclusive property of 732 or its licensors. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or exploit any platform content without prior written authorisation. Any infringement of intellectual property rights will be subject to appropriate legal action.

The 732 platform may contain links to third-party websites for user convenience. 732 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Visiting any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

Account Suspension & Closure Policy

732 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time if these terms are breached, suspicious activity is detected, or upon request by a competent authority. Users whose accounts are terminated due to a breach of terms are not entitled to a refund of any account balance linked to confirmed fraudulent activity.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting the 732 support team via email. Any valid account balance will be returned within the stipulated timeframe, subject to successful identity verification.

Changes to Terms & Governing Law

732 reserves the right to update or amend these terms from time to time. Users will be notified via their registered email or platform notification when material changes occur. Continued use of the platform after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. These terms are governed by applicable law, and any disputes shall be resolved through the channels designated by the relevant authorities.
